Fresh and fruity Cabernet Sauvignon with blackcurrant notes, accompanied by green bell pepper notes, mint, cedar and dark chocolate. Medium-bodied, with fresh plum notes that take on a raw character on the palate. Elegant ending with characteristic mineral finish.
Food pairing: smoked meat, pork, red meat, starter courses with meat sauce, medium-matured cheeses, grilled red meat.
Vegetarian: legumes, sapid dishes with mushrooms or squashes.
